The Texas IPv6 Task Force (TXv6TF) announces its Fall 2011 IPv6 Summit in Austin Texas. This event is now history. This event did occur September 14-15, 2011 on the campus of AT&T Labs. This event was free, but pre-registration was required.
There was a special hands-on lab session available on Thursday afternoon. This event was limited to 16 participants. Participants must provide a laptop with any operating system that has VPN (PPTP) and telnet capability in order to participate in these labs. This is a “virtual” lab in that a connection will be made from the classroom to a remote facility to work with equipment housed there. More information is available at http://www.ipv6hol.com.
