The University of Texas at Dallas, our host sponsor, has provided the following parking and venue information for the Global IPv6 Summit this Thursday and Friday.

MEETING LOCATION:
Clark Center (CN), The University of Texas at Dallas, 800 West Campbell Road, Richardson, Texas 75080
PARKING DIRECTIONS:
From Waterview Parkway, turn east onto Loop Road. Continue straight into Parking Lot U. Locate orange event tent for shuttle to event location between 8 – 9:30am and 4 – 6:00pm daily.
A parking permit is required to park. Please print this parking permit and place it in the front window of your car following the directions on the permit. A custom parking map is also provided for reference.
Parking Location is: Lot U on the UT Dallas Campus. While it is not a strenuous or long walk, a free shuttle service will run from Lot U to the front of the Clark Center on each day of the Conference: Thursday 27th and Friday 28th March, 2014.
Shuttles to/from Lot U/Clark Center will run from 8am to 9.30am and from 4pm to 6pm.
* UT DALLAS FACULTY/STAFF/STUDENTS:
Please park in your regular parking spots so our guests can have preferred access to the shuttles.

TXv6TF has posted the final agenda for the 2014 Global IPv6 Meeting at the University of Texas at Dallas later this week. We are looking forward to seeing all registrants at the meeting.
An update to the agenda has been published that includes details on the business track which is Friday morning. Please register if you intend to come. There is plenty of space, but we need a good count to be sure we can have enough food on hand.
We have secured a block of rooms at the Renaissance Hotel in Richardson, TX.
Rate is $123, please ask for the UTD IPv6 event rate.

The event will be March 27 and 28, 2014 in Richardson, Texas on the campus of the University of Texas at Dallas.  Feature keynote speakers are Vinton G. Cerf and Latif Ladid. Other confirmed speakers include Tim Martin, Owen DeLong, Jeff Carrell, Stephen Lagerholm,Ravi Prakash and Jeff Doyle. More are being added as they are confirmed. Registration for the event will be free at the TXv6TF web site, www.txv6tf.org.
